Hello! I am a second grade teacher at Jim Pearson Elementary. This is my seventeenth year of teaching and I have loved every minute of it!  I taught first grade for ten years and will be starting my seventh year in second grade. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Auburn University in Early Childhood Education (War Eagle!), and received my Master's Degree in Elementary Reading from NOVA Southeastern University. I have been married for ten years to my husband, Jason, and we have two sweet kiddos, Spence and Dannah. This year will definitely be different than what we are all used to, but I know it's going to be amazing! I can't wait for us to get started!!
