Welcome!

I am a Special Education Teacher at Jim Pearson Elementary. I have taught at Jim Pearson for 4 years and taught at Radney Elementary School for 13 years. I graduated from the University of Alabama in 2005 with a B.S. in Education, specializing in the Multiple Abilities Program. This degree certifies me to teach Elementary Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education. I later received a Master's Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Teaching and Learning with a Specialization in Reading. I have a wonderful husband and two loving children. I have a passion for working with children and love knowing I have made an impact and will be part of my students story of success.
