Hi! I am the ESL teacher at Jim Pearson School for kindergarten, first, and second grade. My educational background includes a Bachelors degree in elementary education from Auburn University in Montgomery. I hold a Masters degree in English as Second Language from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Also I achieved National Board Certification in English for Speakers of Other Languages. My husband Jon and I have three wonderful children, Luke, Audrey, and Jake. I enjoy teaching English learners, reading novels, watching football, and going to the beach.
